Dr. Herman's office now offers state-of-the art noninvasive techniques for fat removal and facelifting: EXELIS and ULTHERA
EXILIS: for patients desiring to avoid liposuction but desiring to reduce fat deposits along the abdomen, hips, flanks, and thighs, Exilis offers an alternative. Using ultrasonic energy, Exilis dissolves the fat, resulting in improved body contour after only a few treatments, which can be performed in the office without anesthesia.
ULTHERA: though not a replacement for surgery, noninvasive skin tightening can offer facelifting and necklifting without surgery for patients with mild to moderate aging and for patients who do not want to undergo an operation. The procedure takes 1 to 2 hours and can be done in the office without anesthesia.
Dr. Herman's new Fifth Avenue office opened in July 2012. Located at 1050 Fifth Avenue, it is a modern and advanced office complex with a fully accreditated operative suite, recovery room, consultation rooms, and treatment rooms. Located on Fifth Avenue along Manhattan's famous Museum Mile, the office is across from the Metropolitan Museum of Art and two blocks from the Guggenheim Museum of Art. Consultations are available by appointment only: (212) 249-7000.
